Vidya graduated from Madras University with a masters degree in psychology. After being a Teach for India fellow and working as an M&E consultant, Vidya made the decision to join Pi Jam Foundation. Shoaib has travelled extensively and it was in his initial Teach for India classroom of students that he recognized the need for technology in education and along with Jaskaran and Sanjay, lay the foundations for Pi Jam Foundation. .
